Return Policy
I hope that you loved everything you received from Audrey Maxine Boutique! If not, no problem! We know that not every purchase will work and returns are sometimes needed. After reviewing the RETURN POLICY below, you can proceed with your return! If you have any questions, please contact us via email at audreymaxineboutique@gmail.com
- Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned within 7 business days of receiving your package. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and smoke and perfume free condition with NO makeup or deodorant stains.
- No returns on jewelry or hair accessories.
Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also checks to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective or believe something is missing from your order, this is for you!
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
- All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
- Please contact us immediately at audreymaxineboutique@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
- Return shipping cost is customers responsibility, unless a mistake is made by Audrey Maxine Boutique. Please note that original shipping charges are not eligible for store credit unless mistake was on Audrey Maxine Boutique.
- Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
Holiday Return Policy: All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).
Price Adjustments: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order. We will not be able to adjust once you check out.
Return Instructions:
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.

• Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in every packing bag that is shipped out and it has all of your information on it including your order number.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.
- Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
